The work was to install a new draining system in the carport area. Dean was on time, courteous, professional and informative of the job he was about to undertake. During the day, If there was any potential issues, Dean would inform me for the need to change. Both Dean and Jackson completed the job and it looked very professional. Before leaving, they cleaned up the area and gave instructions on what to expect in the next couple of days. I would recommend DCM and in particular both Dean and Jackson for any work within their profession.

Karl was brilliant he came on time and had the curtosy to ring ahead to let me know he was on his way. when he got here I explained the problem and he instantly knew how to solve it and where the blockage would be. He had it cleaned out straight away and ran a camera though the pipe to check the blockage was gone. He was very professional the whole time he was here and I would highly recommend Karl to anyone.

Karl was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Checked over the job. Confirmed all the details. Confirmed the price AND started and completed the job within a few hours. Utmost professionalism. Even better...he cleaned up his work areas after himself and disposed of his own rubbish. If only the other trades I have used in the past few weeks were this meticulous.I have used DCM plumbing on a few occasions as necessary over the years. Though this is the first time I have met Karl I believe. Everytime they have been out, it's literally been the same experience. 5 star each time. 10/10 will use again.

We had Karl and Jackson out to investigate an issue with our stormwater drainage. They were professional, friendly, and kept us updated on the progress. Great communication from the get go. Reasonably priced and very well organised — we requested a quote for additional drainage works and the written quote was sent to us that afternoon! It was refreshing to deal with such an efficient, well organised company. Overall I was very happy with my experience & will definitely be using them again in future.

A free assessment of the plumbing in and around the house was another fine feature of Karl’s work ( for DCM ).My initial contact was over the phone with Gill who was able organise a plumber very quickly for my convenience.
