We discussed what we wanted fixed and he preceded to do an inspection of the unit and then gave us a quote for the job and asked if we were happy to proceed with removing the old sink incinerator and converting it back to a normal waste outlet. Can’t recommend DMC highly enough! 👍Arranged for my buildings body corp plumber to fix my blocked floor drain and was unable to, saying it was impossible to unblock and the whole pipe would need to be replaced!Wanting a second opinion, I chose DCM after reading so many good reviews on google. They arrived promptly the following morning and it took the young fella hours of hard work but he did not give up until it was unblocked!DMC plumbing saved me thousands! 😄

Don't bother. Tried to pull a fast one on me. Unethical.In response to DCM's response, I would like to clarify a few points.After DCM'S plumber had left my premises, I contacted another plumber who was kind enough to come to inspect the job without charging me a call out fee, unlike DCM who charged me $99 for an inspection. I paid that amount, despite the inspection took less than 40 minutes.The replacement plumber knew immediately what the problem is and quoted $400, of which he has assured the method he will employ will solve the problem once and for all, so that I no longer will have any further leaks. He said it was a simple job. When I told him that your company had quoted me $1500, he was flabbergasted, therefore I stand by my 1 star review. .

Very frustrated with the very high water bill and reading and the warning letter from council. It was smooth with DCM plumping to locate the leak spot and fix it. They did the job very quickly and very satisfied with their work. Their communication is excellent.Not sure about the plumping pricing, but it was less compared to what they quote prior to start the job. Thanks to DCM team, especially KC who repaired and the one came to do initial checking and the guys did locate the leak (Sorry, i forgot you names). Thanks guys.
