Installation Details

Our expert plumbers will supply and install a new tempering valve to your hot water unit in order to reduce your hot water temperature to a safer 50 degrees C at outlets where scalding could occur. This is ideal for families with young children!

Product Description

Did you know that it takes around 1 second to scald yourself if the water temperature from your hot taps is over 65 degrees C? If the hot water in your home is excessively hot it may be due to a faulty or missing tempering valve to your hot water system. Current regulations state we must supply and install these devices on all new hot water systems but we can also install them on existing systems when needed. If you have any concerns about dangerously hot water from your taps, give us a call on 5576 5305 and we can advise you on your best options
