Best plumbers I have used. They were reasonable and transparent in the pricing, friendly service from Meredith in the office, answered the phone when I called, came when they said they would and fixed my leaking pipework. Had called 6 plumbers before I found DCM and none of them even called me back. I would definitely recommend DCM- I know I won't use anyone else again.

We called DCM for a number of minor plumbing issues. Was able to secure an appointment early the next morning. Before that we received a confirmation text advising us who was attending. Very professional !!
The next morning we were lucky enough to meet young Caleb from DCM. What an outstanding young man. He arrived early and took the time to understand all we wanted. He then gave us a thoroughly detailed quote outlining the total cost before we agreed to the work. Naturally we did and gave the go ahead as he had answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what we were up for.
Caleb was then thrown a few curve balls due to the condition of our tap and toilet that he was repairing. At each stage he couldn’t have explained things any better and even made a couple of calls to suppliers on our behalf to chase up parts. At the end of the appointment, the day before Cyclone Alfred hit, Caleb had fixed our tap issue and had turned off the toilet in question subject to us purchasing a new toilet after the cyclone passed. He was so helpful with recommendations as to purchasing a suitable new toilet, even contacting Bunnings on our behalf to confirm one was in stock.
We were so impressed with Caleb’s work ethic and professionalism and before he left he confirmed a time to come back and fit the new toilet.
I’m writing this now after Caleb has returned and fitted our new toilet and we are so pleased and happy with the result. We can’t thank Caleb and DCM enough for the awesome service we received from the time we made an enquiry through to the completion of the work. DCM are thoroughly professional and in Caleb they have an outstanding young man who is a credit and an asset to the company.
I would highly recommend DCM to anyone with any plumbing issues and again want to thank Caleb for his amazing service. Thank you so much !!! Five star service all the way !!!

Ksea was very punctual on arrival and when his stuff. We discussed what we wanted fixed and he preceded to do an inspection of the unit and then gave us a quote for the job and asked if we were happy to proceed with removing the old sink incinerator and converting it back to a normal waste outlet. Arranged for my buildings body corp plumber to fix my blocked floor drain and was unable to, saying it was impossible to unblock and the whole pipe would need to be replaced!
Wanting a second opinion, I chose DCM after reading so many good reviews on google. They arrived promptly the following morning and it took the young fella hours of hard work but he did not give up until it was unblocked!
